I accompany professionals in their development and career progression.
With a background in engineering, I started my career within multinational companies. Much before it became a usual way of work, in 1996, my professional landscape was multifunctional and multicultural, implied matrix organizations and distributed teams and was involving both face-to-face and remote working.
Curious by nature and eager to learn new things, I have worked in different industries (chemical, consumer goods, nutrition, automotive) and in different fields: project management, sales, supply chain, people management.
Since 2010, I have been coaching people in the different stages that most impact their professional development: orientation, transition, skills assessment, starting in a new role, skills and leadership development.
The tools I use in my coaching sessions aim to mobilize the different intelligences of my coachees, beyond the cognitive intelligence alone. The work focuses on transforming what they experience at work and in life into resources, performance, professional agility, know-how and interpersonal skills.
Involved and active in various collaborative initiatives, associations and work groups, I use my lived experiences to be in tune with the challenges my coachees face in their organizations, to be a better sounding board for their own experiences and to better invite them to look at the whole system in which they evolve.
My coaching sessions are tailored to each individual’s unique journey. I guide my coachees in developing self-awareness, refining their leadership styles, and fostering the courage to challenge themselves.
In order to meet my coachees where they are and accompany them where they aspire to be, I have trained in multiple fields:
- ACC and PCC qualification according to the ICF
- Certified Agile Coach
- Instructor (level I) in MBCT – Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy
- Certified Process Communication Model Coach
- CSA Supervisor Diploma
- Improvisational theatre techniques.
